November is passing quite quickly.  We had November conference just last weekend.  It was exhausting to my brain.  I got a lot of new ideas and new insight from others that are currently going through another learning community.  I LOVED the excitement from the 3rd and 4th semester student videos.  The energy from the conference is pouring into my classroom.  It also helps that Parent Teacher conferences are now over too.  I feel like I can research and change everything!  Just this week I'm dealing with:  reaching the specific needs of my speech impaired students, developing new interventions for implementation with a challenging student, reaching out more to my ESL/ELL students, reassuring a student that does not like change, and finding strategies to deal with a student that has constant oral fixations.  My plan for mini-action is using technology to enhance student learning through the Creative Curriculum objectives.  I started on Monday collecting Data for my research.
