Reflection-Learning in Community

It's been a rough year to say the least.  I love where I'm at and what I do, but the staff community in the building can definitely get to me.  Some expect me to run the 4K program, others look to me to lead in the technology department, and I want to be good at it all, but it does get overwhelming.  I adore my co-workers that are team players and that are willing to talk out solutions and help me with an idea as much as I help them.  Currently, I have a few on board to incorporate more technology in the classroom and someone to bounce ideas off of.
