Semester 3-Teacher Leadership Reflection

I grew in the strand of Teacher Leadership by:

·          Researching online staff collaboration

·         Sharing what I learned with my own district

·         Reading the articles of ASCD and Teaching Tolerance magazines

·         Leading the entire 4k program at my school

·          Writing an Understanding by Design lesson plan

I could still improve by becoming an even better leader.  I need to find a way to manage my staff and trust in their work.  I’m too quick to take over and do their work for them.
