Ubuntu, we're all in this together!
I've started reading the book Ubuntu by Bob Nelson and Stephen Lundin. I have the audio version and have been listening to it on my drives to and from work this week. So far it is a fairly good book with a descent message. I find it to be very similar to The Energy Bus by Jon Gordon that we read last semester, although I relate a lot better to John from Ubuntu. I'm not a manager from a big company, but I am leading the 4K program and 3 other staff members right now. It's only the first week of school (inservice only) and already I feel like I could use a motivational pick-me-up. Here is a couple of points that I've gotten from the book so far.
