Enneagram PreReview and Review

To deal with being the performer, I am going to begin the suggested practice of PreReview and Review.  My job for the next few weeks is to let go of constant doing and become more conscious of what I really need to do.  I believe there are too many "distractions" and things to accomplish in my daily living that it will help me to preview my day and reflectively review at the end of the day.  My friends and family can see that I put more pressure on myself than is actually given to me by others.  I've heard it too much, I'm going to attempt to fix it.
